Get ready to start the week right! Join Amanda, via Zoom, for a special Hatha yoga class which will inspire relaxation, relieve stress, and promote better sleep.
Each class starts with low intensity full body stretching and mobility exercises before moving into restorative postures. Class concludes with guided breathing and relaxation. Class will run 30-45 minutes. You are welcome to take full advantage of the virtual situation by practicing from your bedroom (camera can be off), letting yourself drift to sleep naturally at the end of class.
Register to get an email reminder every Sunday afternoon. Donations are optional, $5-10 per class is appropriate.
