Refund Policies
For Virtual Group Classes, if you sign-up in advance, but find that you cannot attend for whatever reason, then your reservation will automatically carry over to the next scheduled class. To get a full refund instead contact Amanda directly.
For Drop-In, in-person classes and all private sessions, cancel ahead of time for a full refund or cancel within 24 hours of the beginning of class for a 50% refund. If use cancel without notice, there will be a 50% refund the first time: no refunds for multiple missed reservations without advanced notice.
Cancel your weekly/progressive class registration early (more than 24 hours before the first class) for a full refund. Cancel after the first class and before the second class for a 50% refund. No additional refunds are offered for missing subsequent progressive classes after the first meeting. If you miss class, contact Amanda to discuss options including a discounted private lesson to cover the material you missed.
Winter Season Dance Cards are non-refundable but may be transferred to another dancer. Please contact Amanda via email to confirm your ticket transfer if needed.
Monthly Passes are eligible for a refund of the unused portion, calculated at full price.
Payments made through other websites (for example the City of Frederick) will follow their respective refund policies.
If your financial circumstances have changed and you can no longer afford full priced classes, please contact Amanda to discuss discounts and alternative arrangements to keep you healthy and moving.
